The Outpost is a men’s ministry of Gateway Community Church, Perth. It is operated by Gateway Community Church Inc. (ABN 77 103 522 091), a registered charity (ACNC).

What we collect

If you use a form on this site, we collect what you type in: your name, your contact details, and the answers you choose to give.

We don’t ask you to write out your struggles on a form. That conversation happens in person.

Why

We use these details to reply to you and, where you’ve asked, to arrange mentoring.

Who sees it

Outpost leaders and Gateway staff who need the details to respond to you. We don’t sell them. We don’t put men’s names or photos on this website.

How it’s stored

Submissions are emailed to a Gateway-managed inbox. Gateway decides who can open that inbox. If you offer to mentor, that includes whether you hold a Working With Children Check. We check the card itself in person rather than collecting the number online.

Asking for it to be deleted

Ask an Outpost leader on a Monday night. We’ll delete what we hold about you, unless the law or a safety concern means we have to keep it.
